Website Design

Branded Social Posts

The incorporation of branded posts like #MotivationMonday and monthly giveaways were created to help engage with The Hamilton’s target audience. These strategic initiatives collectively enhance brand visibility and community engagement on digital platforms throughout their leaseup period.

IG Reels

One of the main challenges that this business faced is how to market their community in the middle of a pandemic. The solution was to create several walkthrough tours for #TourTuesday and feature amenities on #FeatureFriday to help showcase all aspects of their community.

YouTube Ad Videos

Several long format videos were shot by contract videographers. These videos were edited into short 15-20 second videos for YouTube Discovery Ads.

Print Collateral

Additional marketing material were created using the same branding guidelines to market to nearby businesses.

Floor Plans

Floor plan drawings were designed based on the detailed architectural drawings. By translating architectural concepts into visually compelling, branded marketing assets, it effectively communicates the aesthetic appeal of the spaces to potential clients.
