This social media management project is tailored to authentically capture The Epic Commercial development’s distinctive brand identity. Prominently located at the intersections of Downtown Dallas and Deep Ellum, The Epic serves as cultural gateway linking the city’s Central Business District to its most vibrant creative neighborhood. The social media strategy focuses on showcasing the high-end and vibrant lifestyle that this development offers to help appeal to its target audience but still resonates with the dynamic character of the neighborhood.

The Design

A simple yet effective grid design for each post helps give its layout a unique look on the marketing website as well as when it is viewed on the Instagram account.

IG Reels

Several long format videos were shot by contract videographers. These videos were edited into short 15-20 second reels.
